Police arrested Daniel Rodriguez, 21, after being led to him through tips. Rodriguez will be extradited to New York, according to The New York Times.

“On Tuesday, the United States Marshals Service arrested one of the suspects, Daniel Rodriguez, 21, in Norfolk, Va.,” The New York Times reported. “Mr. Rodriguez, who has family in the area, was located through tips to the New York Police Department’s Real Time Crime Center.”

Police said charges in New York are pending, but it is not yet set when Rodriguez will be extradited.

Jack Price, 49, is now reported to be in fair condition but remains hospitalized. He remained in a medically induced coma over the weekend. It is reported he has a broken jaw, fractured ribs and lacerated spleen.

Twenty-six-year-old Daniel Aleman was arrested over the weekend, charged with assault and aggravated assault as a hate crime. It is still unsure whether the two men yelled anti-gay slurs against Price during the beating. Video surveillance cameras captured the footage outside a corner deli in College Point located in Queens.
