BUENOS AIRES — A new Argentine judge has overturned the ruling of a previous judge that allowed the first gay marriage in Latin America.
Judge Marta Gomez Alsina ordered the wedding to pospone so the Supreme Court could look into the issue.
Jose Maria Di Bello and his partner Alex Freyre planned to wed Tuesday. Their attorney said they’re still going through with the ceremony.
