According to an article at mb.com, Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has recently filmed a public service announcement sponsored by non-profit LGBTQ suicide prevention help line, The Trevor Project.

Radcliffe grew up surrounded by a gay community, being that his parents are both actors, which has contributed to his support of anti-homophobia efforts, including being one of The Trevor Project organization’s largest donors.

“I have always hated anybody who is not tolerant of gay men or lesbians or bisexuals. Now I am in the very fortunate position where I can actually help or do something about it,” Radcliffe said in an AP article.
