DMV Makes Hating Them Easier

A transgendered woman is harassed by a DMV worker after she goes to get her name changed.

Last week, Amber Yust, a transgendedred woman, went to the San Francisco DMV to complete her name change.

She had all of the necessary paperwork, and got her new license without a hitch.

Unfortunately, her experience at the DMV did not end with that.

On Monday, Yust received a letter from the worker who had processed her name change.

In that strongly worded letter, she read a few clichéd Bible quotes and was told that she made a “very evil decision.”

After being called an “abomination”, she was told that she and all other homosexuals should be put to death.

In a quote taken from the Transgendered Law Center (TLC), Yust says that “I was shocked to receive this letter from the person who processed my paperwork at the DMV, I would never have expected that a DMV employee could use information from my name change application to reach out and personally attack me. This has been a traumatic experience for me and I want to ensure that nothing like this happens to anyone else.”

Currently, the TLC is investigating this incident.

This is what her harasser is thought to look like:
