During the Copper Age 5,000 years back – a time when cavemen roamed – there was a traditional way to bury people. The traditional way to bury men was to have them facing west, with weapons in their burial. Women on the other hand, had been buried facing the east with traditional household items.

According to aolnews.com, In the Czech Republic, archaeologists  found a skeleton man buried in the way of women.

“…people from this period took funeral rites very seriously, so it is highly unlikely that this positioning was a mistake,”Archaeologist Kamila Remisova Vesinova told reporters.

There had been burials of women warriors who had been buried in the way of men, however, there had never been a man buried as a women till this new skeleton. Researchers believe that they buried him this way because of homosexual or transsexual orientation.
