A new 99-cent game application for the iPhone is donating a portion of its proceeds to the Human Rights Campaign, on a mission to bring more attention to the issue of marriage equality.
The game, Valet Hustle, is focused around two gay characters who run their own valet business, having frequent sexual encounters with same-sex partners throughout the game.
Players move through the game’s six levels as they try to improve the valet business in hopes of moving from Tokyo to New York, all while moving through the lives of the gay characters.
“We set out to not only create a game that is an absolute blast to play with incredible visuals and top notch audio, but we also wanted to make a social statement that gays and lesbians should have the same marital rights as heterosexuals,” Andrew Littlefield, CEO of Factory Games, told Mobile Entertainment.
