The 22nd annual Lambda Literary Awards judges announced the finalists in all categories Tuesday, its Web site stated.
The Lambda Literary Awards are granted to authors and publishers of LGBTQ-themed works to engender “excellence, promote visibility and encourage development of emerging writers,” its site stated.
Finalists include “Sprout” by Dale Peck and “The Nearest Exit May Be Behind You” by S. Bear Bergman.
