A Pennsylvania lawmaker is gathering signatures for a bill that would establish civil unions in the Keystone State.
Pennsylvania Representative Mark Cohen is spearheading the first of its kind measure. He notes he already has 24 cosponsors and 10 more are considering jumping on board.
