The Supreme Court judges heard arguments Monday regarding whether to allow gays to join university-recognized clubs, according to Towleroad.

Since the policy by the Christian Legal Society goes against that of the school, the Supreme Court will decide whether such restrictions on membership violate freedom of speech, among other things.
