The US Postal Service yesterday issued a temporary hold on an anti-gay group’s bulk newsletter, Colorado’s KKTV reports.

Citing obscenity and “force-able resistance against the government,” the USPS refused to issue the Family Research Institute a reduced, bulk mail rate for its newsletter, the station stated.

The local branch sent the newsletter to the District of Columbia for inspection, where the initial ruling was overturned, providing a reduced rate for the group’s mailing.
