MANHATTAN—Hell’s Kitchen will potentially house the city’s first gay hotel. Including a 10,000 square-foot dance club, spa, boutiques and restaurants, the establishment would boost travelers, entrepreneurs Ian Reiser and Mati Weiderpass said.

The plan right now is to renovate a 42nd St. building into a 123-room hotel.

“It’s going to be called ‘The Out N.Y.C.’ Like, ‘Come out! Let’s go out and play!’” Reiser said.

Weiderpass and Reiser are working with the local gay nightlife scene to attract and make accommodations for this new market of business.

Business Licenses and Permits Committee have approved the idea, but the final OK will not come for two more weeks.
