Anti-gay politician caught doing gay things.

Anti-gay Indiana state representative Phillip Hinkle, who voted to pass a constitutional amendment defining marriage as solely between a man and a woman earlier this year, has come under fire regarding allegations that he offered a young man money for sex. Hinkle met the young man, Kameryn Gibson, $80 plus tip to engage in sexual acts with him at the JW Marriot Hotel. According to IndyStar.com, Hinkle responded to the Gibson’s ad requesting a “sugga daddy”.

Gibson told Indy Star that he and Hinkle met, but that he tried to leave when Hinkle told him that he was a state representative. Hinkle then reportedly did not let Gibson leave, and then later offered him an iPad, a BlackBerry cellphone, and $100 cash to keep the story away from the press.

According to Gibson, he got cold feet when he became aware that Hinkle is a politician. When Gibson told Hinkle that he wanted to back out, Hinkle reportedly said, “You need to do this, because I came and got you, and I’m not taking you back until we do what we need to do.”

Gibson then called his sister from the bathroom, asking that she come and get him from the hotel. When Gibson came out, Hinkle again told him that he couldn’t leave.

The altercation resolved when Gibson’s sister arrived and “cussed out” Hinkle. When Hinkle’s wife contacted Hinkle’s BlackBerry, which was then in Gibson’s possession, Gibson outed him to his wife, later contacting the Indy Star.
